Money Type Quiz is free to use. To keep it that way, we earn money in two ways: affiliate links and display advertising.

Affiliate links

Some of our recommendations (labeled “Recommended for your type” or “Recommended for you”) link to financial products such as savings accounts, budgeting apps, investing apps, cash-back cards and invoicing tools. If you click one of these links and sign up or make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the company. This never costs you anything extra.

In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance, we disclose these relationships in our footer and next to every recommendation.

How we choose recommendations

• We recommend categories of tools based on what genuinely helps each Money Type.
• Commission never decides what we write. Our guides would say the same thing without any affiliate relationship.
• We avoid products with hidden fees or misleading terms, and we'll remove partners we no longer trust.

Advertising
